What counts as an AI conversation?
A conversation where the AI agent sends at least one reply. It counts once, however many messages go back and forth.
Conversations your team handles alone are free and unlimited on every plan.
What happens if we go over our AI conversations?
The agent keeps working. Each extra conversation costs $0.10.
If you prefer a hard limit, set a spending cap. Once you reach it, the agent hands new conversations to your team.
Can we self-host and add the AI agent?
The AI agent runs on MagpieReply Cloud today. If you self-host the inbox and want the agent too, talk to us.
Is there a free trial?
We're onboarding early access teams one at a time and setting each one up with them. Email us to get started.
Can we cancel any time?
Monthly plans can be canceled any time. Yearly plans run to the end of the term.
